Volunteers Needed

We need over 100 volunteers to help to make Fall Festival a success! There are lots of ways to support both big and small! Examples include:

Before:

  • Offer to coordinate your child's classroom basket (collect items/cash from parents & put together basket)
  • Help collect donations or sponsorships
  • Attend planning meetings to share your ideas
  • Offer to coordinate one of the larger areas (Carnival Games, Bake Sale, Silent Auction, etc...)
  • Help set up on the Friday afternoon before Fall Festival (and/or Saturday morning)

During:

  • Take a 1-hour shift during the event - man a carnival game, work the bake sale, take photos, and more)
  • Sell tickets at the ticket booth or help at will call

After:

  • Help clean up after the event
