Expense Reimbursement
Please use the following form for any expenses incurred on behalf of the Griffin PTO.
Request For Funding
Please put completed forms in the school PTO box for consideration. Requests exceeding the $150 classroom allocations/$1,000 per grade field trip allocations require Principal and Superintendent signature prior to submittal.
Membership Form
Please return the completed form, along with your Membership Payment (if applicable), to the Front Office.
New Event/Activity Proposal Form
Please complete the form for any event or activity that involves more than 25 participants or for which you will be requesting PTO funds greater than $100.
