What is PTO membership?
The number one reason to join our not-for-profit Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is to benefit your child. Everyone is invited to join - parents, grandparents, teachers and community members who are invested in enriching the lives of students.
Why Join the PTO?
Being part of our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is all about supporting your child and their education. Everyone is welcome—parents, grandparents, teachers, and community members—together we can make a difference!
What We Do:
We organize fantastic family events such as ice cream socials, fall festivals, and thrilling science fairs! Additionally, we ensure our teachers have the necessary supplies and appreciation, so every field trip is a delightful adventure!
Benefits of Joining:
Research shows that children flourish when their families are involved. So, join us and help us highlight the magic of education for your little ones! For just $15 per family, you’ll gain access to our online directory and a voice in our meetings.
Getting Started:
Fill out the Membership Form and return it to the front office, or sign up and pay online. It’s that easy!
Meeting Attendance:
No pressure to attend every meeting! Join when you can by viewing our meeting calendar. We meet on the second Tuesday of each month, and kids are welcome to enjoy quiet activities in the library.
How Your Dues Help:
Membership dues, along with community sponsorships and fundraising, support:
- Teacher supply funds
- All field trip transportation
- Arts programs
- Free family activities
- Community events like the Arts Walk and Science Fair
Want to Volunteer?
Yes, please! Whether it’s chaperoning field trips or helping in the classroom, there’s a role for everyone. You can also volunteer from home or contribute supplies for events.
How to Volunteer:
Pick up a background check form from the front office (required yearly). Once you’re a member, you’ll receive emails about volunteer opportunities that fit your schedule—no pressure!
