Information for the 2025-2026 School Year

The Griffin PTO and Pacific Northwest Theater Company are excited to announce the 28th annual theater productions for the 2025-2026 school year, directed by Steven Wells. Participation is open to any Griffin student in 5th through 8th grade. No prior experience is necessary!

This year's winter play was.... Frozen Jr. Our springtime show will be.... The Music Man Jr.!

Sign-ups will be on April 4th at 9am. Registration information is detailed below.

We are asking families to look closely at the dates of practices and performances before signing up. Please do not not sign up if you have any conflicts with other activities. 100% attendance is required.

The Music Man Jr.: Monday-Friday, May 11th through June 5th from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. Tech Week (June 1st – June 5th): Rehearsals may run longer. Wednesday study hall will be available for those students who need a place to go from 2:20-3:30 on Wednesdays. A dinner will be provided on Friday, June 5th, in between the rehearsal and 6 PM call time for the performance.

and Saturday, June 6th at 2pm and 7pm***

REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR 2025-2026 - PLEASE READ! In an ongoing effort to improve the registration process our play coordinators have created a new registration policy as follows:

Online registration for Music Man will begin Saturday, April 4th at 9:00 AM. To register, please log-on to the Griffin PTO website and follow the prompts on the homepage. Registration is based on order of registration and fills fast, so set your alarms!

8th Graders will be given the first 10 minutes to register for the play. At 9:10 5th-7th graders can begin to register, if they register before that time they will not be counted. When the play is full (30 students) a waitlist will be created. You will hear from our play coordinators within 2 days regarding your student's registration.

The registration fee is $175. Parents will receive an email from the PTO after their child is registered for the play- this will confirm registration and allow for payment. Cost should not prevent any child from participating. If your child is in need of a scholarship, please contact Shawnee Morgan. We look forward to another wonderful production!
